Transfer tickets from ticketmaster to seatgeek

We've prepared answers to some frequently asked questions about third-party resale tickets to help clarify how they work:

My tickets are yet to arrive. How should I proceed?

Your tickets should be ready by the deadline specified in your purchase confirmation email. However, if that date has gone and you haven't gotten an email informing you that your tickets are ready, please contact them or check your order details for more information.

Why aren't the seat numbers visible on my ticket order?

You will be able to view your seat numbers once your tickets have been delivered. If you bought numerous seats, they will all be together.

My name does not shown on my resale tickets. Can I still participate in the event?

Yes. Even if your name does not match the name on the ticket, you will be admitted to your event.

After you acquire your tickets, a reputable seller will deliver them to you via the original ticket provider's app. Because the original ticket supplier is a third-party, you must install their app and create an account before you can access your tickets.

When will I be able to view my mobile tickets?

It varies according on the event. You will receive an email from the original ticket supplier and/or Ticketmaster after the seller transfers your tickets. This email will notify you when your tickets are ready for viewing and will include details on how to access them.

How do I view my tickets from seatgeek?

  1. In the email you received from SeatGeek, click Accept Tickets.
  2. Make a SeatGeek account using the email address you used to purchase these tickets from Ticketmaster.
  3. Select Accept Transfer once you've signed in.
  4. Install the SeatGeek app ahead of time. Your phone is your ticket; utilize the app to gain entrance.

I'll be attending an event with a group. What if my entire party isn't ready to enter when I am?

1) Before the event, you can transfer tickets to everyone in your group. Here's how it's done:

2) Sign in to your original ticket provider's account and locate the tickets you want to transfer.

3) Select Transfer.

4) Choose the tickets to be transferred.

5) Fill in the recipient's first and last names, email address, optional note, and phone number.

6) Confirm your transfer of tickets.

*Everyone who receives a ticket must have an account with the original ticket source. If they don't already have an account, it's simple to set one up. They must register using the same email address that the tickets were transferred to.

How can I open and save my PDF tickets?

When your PDF tickets are ready, Ticketmaster will send you an email with information on how to access them. Your PDF tickets can be accessed through your Ticketmaster account; however, your tickets will not be emailed to you. Please keep in mind that your PDF tickets are either Mobile Entry or Print-at-Home, so double-check which method is necessary to enter your event.

Here's how to use each form of PDF ticket:

1) When your tickets are ready, log in to your account in the Ticketmaster app and select View Tickets. Your phone serves as your ticket, which you will scan directly from the app upon entry.

2) Print-at-Home: Sign in to your Ticketmaster account using a desktop or mobile browser. Then, in My Events, locate your order to print your tickets. (Please note that tickets cannot be printed using the Ticketmaster app.)

How can I enter a delivery address for UPS?

Ticketmaster will dispatch your tickets to the billing address you provided when you ordered them. Please keep in mind that UPS will only accept packages to legitimate street addresses. UPS does not deliver to Post Office Boxes, Army Post Offices (APO), or Fleet Post Offices (FPO).

How can I update my mailing address for UPS?

Please provide them with your order number and your shipping address as soon as feasible. If possible, they will reroute the package so that it arrives in time for your occasion.
