Transferring AXS tickets to a friend from StubHub

AXS is a ticketing system that does not require paper.

After creating an AXS account, you'll utilize the AXS app to gain access to the event. You can use the credit/debit card used to make the purchase to gain access without using the app.

Setting up an AXS account

To open an AXS account, follow these steps:

1) Select 'Sign in' then 'Create Account' on AXS.com.

2) Fill up the essential fields. Use the same email address that you use on StubHub.

3) Click the 'Create Account' button.

Giving AXS tickets to a buddy

If you purchased AXS tickets on StubHub and need to give them to a friend, you can do so using your AXS account.

1. Select the ticket icon or 'My Tickets' in your AXS account.
2. Select which tickets to send and click 'Transfer.'
3. Enter the recipient's first and last name, email address, and message.
4. To mail the tickets, click 'Continue' and then 'Confirm Transfer.'

After you transfer them, the receiver will receive an email with instructions on how to create or log into their AXS account to view the tickets.

Obtaining tickets for your AXS account

To view your AXS tickets on your phone, follow these steps:

1. Launch the AXS app.
2. Sign in or register for an AXS account. Use the same email address that you use on StubHub.
3. Tap the ticket icon in the bottom menu (you can also tap the middle icon)
4. To gain entry to the event, scan the Mobile ID QR code.

Selling a certain kind of mobile ticket and giving it to the customer

To properly send the Mobile transfer tickets you sold to the buyer, abide by following guidelines.

1) Find the tickets you sold in your original ticket supplier account. This could be Ticketmaster, AXS, the team, the venue, or another ticketing firm.

You can send event tickets to a friend by using the Transfer or Share tool whenever it is available.

AXS Mobile ID digital tickets use transfer. The tickets will be delivered immediately if the recipient has an AXS account. If not, they will need to register for an AXS account in order to claim the tickets. To use the tickets, they will also need the AXS app.

Share e-tickets

E-tickets are issued by Share. The recipient of shared e-tickets will get an email with a PDF of their ticket. The PDF must be printed out and brought to the event.

Please be aware that some events will convert shared e-tickets to AXS Mobile ID automatically. View the notes in the section above.
