Changing your default payment method when selling tickets
Both existing and new postings will be affected by the payment method change. It does not apply to 'In Progress' payments for already purchased tickets. To change your default payment method, follow these steps:

- If you want to utilize a different payment method that is already on file: Choose the three dots, then 'Set as default.' The purple 'Default' button will be visible.
- Select 'Add New Payment Option' to add a new payment option. Choose PayPal, Payoneer prepaid card, or bank transfer, and then proceed with the setup. Then, click the three dots and choose 'Set as default.' The purple 'Default' button will be visible.
How to Get Paid When Selling Tickets on StubHub
Go to 'Profile' then Details to view your StubHub account's payment settings (in the StubHub app, touch 'My tickets.' Then, from the first drop-down option, choose 'Settings.' The 'Payment' tab appears automatically.
To make one payment method your default, choose the three dots next to the one you want as a default and then 'Set as default' under 'Payment options for selling tickets.'
How sellers get paid no StubHub
On the 'Set Your Price' page of a listing, you'll use the drop-down menu under 'Payout Method' to select how you want to be paid.
- PayPal: Enter the email address associated with your PayPal account.
- After you've listed your tickets, go to your Settings. Select 'Add New Payment Method' and then 'Bank transfer' under 'Payment choices for selling tickets.'
1) Select the currency, bank, account type, and enter your bank information using the drop-down choices. If your bank isn't listed in the drop-down menu, select 'Other' in the center of the list (it's alphabetical).
2) Important: You will be paid in the currency in which your tickets were listed. It is critical that your bank account accepts payments in that currency.
- Prepaid card Payoneer: Sign up for Payoneer or link an existing account. The funds are sent to a prepaid MasterCard. You can withdraw funds in your preferred currency from an ATM or use it in stores or online (wherever MasterCard is accepted).
How to View Your StubHub Payment History
Use a computer to view your StubHub payment history. The StubHub app does not have it.
- Navigate to 'My Tickets,' then Payments.
- Select 'Export Payment Info' and enter a range (Last 3, 6, 9, 12, or 18 months)
- Choose 'Export.'
About Unclaimed StubHub payment
If StubHub notified you through email that your payment was unclaimed and they paid you via:
PayPal: Your monies are ready for you to claim. If you don't already have one, open one with the email address to which the funds were issued.
Direct deposit: You must wait 30 days for the funds to be released and returned to StubHub before they can reissue it. Meanwhile, update your StubHub account's default payment method. they will issue the monies to this account after 30 days, which could take an extra 13 days:
- Navigate to 'My Tickets,' then Settings (on the StubHub app, tap the first drop-down menu to see it). The 'Payment' tab appears automatically.
- Select 'Add New Payment Method' under 'Payment Options for Selling Tickets.'
- Select 'Bank transfer,' and then proceed to link your bank account.
