MLB 2022: About Mobile Ticket Barcode

Each ticket features a mobile ticket barcode that must be scanned with your mobile device to gain access into Yankee Stadium.

Accessing your tickets through the app helps prevent tickets from being lost or stolen, makes it simple to share tickets with friends, and offers up-to-date game time information.

You may view an individual ticket's barcode by tapping on it in the Wallet's Tickets tab. To get access to Yankees Stadium, show your smart device with the mobile barcode open and ready to scan.

How do I get to the ticket so I can scan it for entry?

To view the mobile ticket barcode, tap on an individual ticket from the Wallet on the Tickets tab. The Section/Row/Seat and barcode will be displayed, as well as access to the terms and restrictions that apply to your ticket via the information icon. All mobile ticket verification (QR code) will not appear until 48 hours before a game's planned start time.

Why isn't my ticket barcode shown in the MLB Ballpark app?

Your barcode may not be available for a variety of reasons, including that the ticket has been transmitted or that the ticket has been forwarded to you and has since been canceled or recalled.

Furthermore, for security reasons, the ticket verification (QR code) on mobile tickets will not appear until 48 hours before the scheduled start time of a game.

For more information, email tickets@yankees.com.

I recently sent a ticket through the MLB Ballpark app. Why do I keep seeing it?

Your ticket will remain in your Wallet without the barcode until the recipient accepts your forward. If you want to cancel the forward, you can do so via the ticket.

Is it okay to utilize a screenshot of my ticket?

No, screenshots of tickets will not be accepted for admittance into Yankee Stadium games.

What should I do if I need to enter Yankee Stadium before the game begins but the rest of my group has not arrived?

You can easily transfer tickets to friends using the MLB Ballpark app up to four hours after the start of that day's game, as long as the tickets have not already been checked in for entry at Yankee Stadium.

What if I lose internet access after retrieving my tickets?

Even if you have low connectivity, you will be able to view your tickets via the MLB Ballpark app if you have already viewed them.

We strongly advise you to download and transmit each member of your party's individual ticket through mobile smartphone before to arrival at Yankee Stadium to ensure they are accessible regardless of connectivity.

Can I still have my tickets printed at a Will Call window if I access them using the MLB Ballpark app?

Will Call will not be accessible for ticket collection. For admittance at the gate, show the ticket displayed in the MLB Ballpark app on your mobile device.

On gameday, if you are unable to access your ticket, head to a Ticket Office window for help. If you have any questions, please contact the Yankees at (212) YANKEES or tickets@yankees.com.

What should I do if the battery on my mobile device dies?

If your battery dies before entering Yankee Stadium, please head directly to the Yankee Stadium Ticket Office for assistance.

What kinds of tickets will be available on the MLB Ballpark app?

Within the Wallet, the MLB Ballpark app displays regular season, postseason, spring training, and other event tickets. Tickets you've sent to friends will not have a barcode. A notification indicating that the ticket has been transmitted will appear, along with a cancel button in place of the barcode.

Thank you
