how to sell AXS tickets on StubHub
So I bought some AXS tickets and am trying to sell them on StubHub. I believe you go into your AXS account and "transfer" them to the buyer using the buyer's email address (which is provided on the receipt of the sale on the StubHub account).
So you're basically moving it directly from AXS to the buyer (just like you would if you were giving it to a buddy). Please confirm that this is correct.
My greater question is, how do you protect yourself after the transfer to ensure that you DID send the tickets to the buyer? It appears that you return to your StubHub account to "confirm" the transfer, but what prevents the buyer from alerting StubHub that they never received the tickets necessary to complete the transaction? Is it true that after you transfer the ticket from the AXS account, it cannot be reversed?
Selling AXS Tickets on StubHub
When you transfer your tickets from AXS to the buyer, AXS will send you proof that the tickets were successfully transferred. It is possible that you will need to confirm the transfer in your Stubhub account.
Stubhub will notify you through email. When you transfer the tickets and receive confirmation from AXS, you have fulfilled your half of the bargain. It is the buyer's responsibility to accept the transfer. You will be OK if you follow the directions. I've transferred AXS without incident.
What exactly is an AXS Account?
Your AXS account is your unique AXS profile that tracks your events. It's also where you may manage your login information, social media connections, and Selling Info (if you sell your tickets on AXS).
You can also use your AXS account to view and manage your tickets, including the ability to Transfer or Share tickets for certain events.
You can access your account via AXS.com or the AXS app.
Nota bene: In June 2021, AXS upgraded fans' AXS account experiences with new features and a new design. The adjustments only affected AXS.com desktop and mobile web browsers. The existing AXS app (iOS/Android) was unaffected.
How do I tell if I'm using the new AXS account? You are using the most recent version if the URL in your web browser begins with fanaccount.axs.com.
Can I sell AXS tickets?
Tickets purchased from AXS can usually be sold, and AXS Official Resale is available for the event. Sign in to your account, click "Your Tickets," choose the event, then look for the "Sell" tab to see if you may sell your tickets.
How do I sell my tickets?
- Log in to your AXS.com account.
- Click on "Your Tickets" and then select an event.
- Select "Sell" (which will display if they are resale eligible).
- Select the tickets you want to sell, then click proceed to input your pricing and listing details.
- Choose or add a payment account, then click Continue.
- Now, choose or add a credit card (this card will only be charged if the event is canceled and the buyer requires a refund). There will be no fee for listing your tickets).
- After reviewing the information, click "List Tickets."
When you're finished, the tickets will be immediately available for purchase by other fans.
We'll send you an email when they sell. At that time, you'll see the proper funds (the selling price of the ticket less your seller fee) in your AXS account (read more), and you'll be able to transfer the money to your preferred banking institution through AXS.com or the AXS app once the event has occurred.
How can I get paid for AXS tickets I sell?
They will send you an email when your tickets sell. You will see the necessary amounts in your AXS account, and you will be entitled to claim your reward after the event occurs (the selling price of the ticket less the resale fee). To transfer the funds to your preferred financial institution, simply follow these simple steps.
For Desktop
- Sign in to your AXS.com account.
- Select the "Payments" tab from the "Your Account" menu.
- Select "Transfer Money."
- Enter a transfer amount and choose a destination.
- Examine and finish the transfer.
- The money will be in your bank account 7-10 business days after you complete the transfer.
NOTE: If you attempt to transfer money before the event, your transfer request will be cancelled.
How do I resell my transferable AXS tickets?

You can accomplish this by listing Transfer tickets and shipping afterwards. When you get the sale, please contact us so that we can request that the original seller transfer the tickets to the final buyer.
